Discussed the drainage- slope of the proposed boxes, equalization and clearances between top of culvert and pavement, width of roadway (27' to 25') and median openings at Minyards. E-mailed
standard specifications.

Discussed the placement of the box culverts between the two houses and whether a Corps permit would be required for the channel. Discussed the ownership of the property - two parcels(Carter-Crawly
and Koll) now belong to Coppell, but are under consideration to be developed. Discussed possible construction materials for the channel that would satisfy SWMP and BMPs.

Met with Craig bond and Rudi Reineke, the biologist, to detsmine if Stream G1 is jurisdictional waters and he was under the opinion that ~t is. Carp will not allow concrete line channel as recommended
by the Drainage Study. Construction of channel will require a permit; probably an individual permit, and mitigation.

May 21,2003 - Craig Bond inquired about easements along the box culvert under Bethel Road. Told him that the City could acquire prescriptive rights 10 feet on either side of the top of bank. Not much
room in between the houses north of Bethel Road. Need more detailed survey information.

62 Explorer Pipeline
Met with Explorer Pipeline to discuss the relocation of the pipeline on April 19, 2002. TranSystems is to prepare a sketch of the proposed relocation and obtain a cost estimate from Explorer.
TranSyetems and Explorer will do a line locate on the 12-inch steel. TranSystems sent letter to Explorer on June 21, 2002. Waiting on response from DFW.
December 11,2002 - received estimate from Explorer to relocate pipeline. Also received copy of their easement. Documents do not agree with the field location of the pipeline. Explorer to research
additional easement documents.
January 13, 2003 - Explorer provided supplemental agreement showing the existing alignment of the pipeline.
11-13-03 provided Explorer with revised exhibit showing the relocation of the pipe.
03-24-04 - talked with Patrick Nwakoby - told him DFW had agreed to let us have the right-of-way. He will sent revised estimate to TrenSystems.
06-17-04 - Patrick Nwakoby told TS that the City needed to provide a letter stating that Explorer would not be responsible for any damage to the roadway caused by maintenance or repair of the pipline.
06-29-04 - Explorer told TS that in order for the City to remain within 5-foot of the centerline of the pipe, we would have to pay for half of the cost of exposing the pipe for an inspection. Asked TS for a
proposal to move a portion of the roadway to the north to get off of the easement.

May 12, 2003 - Paul Gonzales called - said contractor for AT&T, SWB, and MFN was telling them they needed to relocate. Too late for Qwest to go in same trench with them - the utilities will not wait
another few weeks.
May 12, 2003 - Phil Porter with SWB called - wanted to know if his plans were okay. Reviewed plans and sent him comments.
May 21, 2003 - talked with Paul Gonzales - wanted to know what they needed to submit to get a permit to go in same trench with AT&T, SSC, and MFN. Teresa told them they could install conduit then
