Good Morning Mr. Chandler,
This e-mail is to confirm our conversation this morning regarding the Brazos Electric Transmission Pole
adjacent to station 15+20 on the referenced project. As you stated the pole foundation was designed to
allow for an excavation of 5-foot depth adjacent to the pole. We have prepared our plan and profile to
comply with these parameters.
As we discussed, the plan sheet will include a note regarding the contractors responsibility to contact
Brazos Electric at least 24 hours in advance of excavation local to this pole foundation.
We trust that this summarizes the needs of Brazos and the response of the designer to accommodate
these needs. We will keep you in the loop as this project proceeds to construction.
