06-07~4 - Potential conflict between the existing utility and the proposed 12-inch water line at three locations - may or may not require relocation, The total location length would be less than 200
feet. Engineer is meeting with TxDOT to determine their position on a vadable alignment in these locations which would minimize the need for relocation, if TxDOT is inflexible, enginer will prepare
a request to Grande for a proposal to relocate.
Utility will not commit money's to locate their line at the 4th location where the water line will cross the smell creek at Sra. 35+50.

07-02-04 - Transmission pole adjacent to station 15+20 - the pole foundation was designed to allow for an excavation of 5-foot depth adjacent to the pole. Engineer has prepared plan and profile
to comply with these parameters. The plan sheet will include a note regarding the contractors responsibility to contact Brazos Electric at least 24 hours in advance of excavation local to this pole
foundation.
