RE: Site Grading
Dear Mr. Estrada,
The City of Coppell has requested us to have a written acknowledgment of your permission to
access your property and as needed properly prepare the grade around the three drainage inlets
that are situated on the property line of our two properties.
The work to be done is as follows (see attached Exhibit "A"):
Inlet #1 A drainage valley, approximately 75' in length, will be cut from the 18" pipe at
the driveway to the Inlet.
Inlet #2 The existing drainage valley will be widened and deepened.
Inlet #3 A drainage valley, approximately 75' in length, will be cut a berm will be added
to the south of the valley to specifically control the drainage from the north end of
the property.
I have marked the attached Exhibit to show the locations of the above inlets. Also, the inlet
grating will be installed as per Exhibit B.
