November7, 2002 - Abel Saldana will check the plans and specification next week.
December 17, 2002 - Abel Saldana has not reviewed the pians and specifications. Will try to review before the end of the year.
January 24, 2003 - Abel Saldana has reviewed the plans and visited the project site. Will send a comment letter. The specifications have not been reviewed yet. asaldana@dallascounty.org

June 6, 2003 - Mark Askew said that we would recieve the easement when legal gets to it.
Sept. 15, 2003 - Met with Mark Askew, Dave Prejean with ARC and Abel Saldana at the mobile home park. Went over the plans and the location of the proposed easements.

WEEK 1 (JULY 6 - 9)
Staked the waterline alignment. Sawcut the existing pavement for the construction of Line W-2 Working on the bores pits on Line W-1 (Alford Media property).
WEEK 2 (JULY 12 - 16)
Working on the bore alignment and bores on Line W-1 (Alford Media property). Cut telephone line in between trailer lots 38 and 39.
