Efforts to follow-up initial solicitation of interest by contacting minority/women-owned fa-ms to determine with certainty whether these frans are interested. 3. Efforts made to select portions of the work proposed to be performed bY min°rity/w°men' owned firms in order to increase the likelihood of achieving participation (including, where appropriate, breakdown of subcontracts into economically feasible units to facilitate participation). 4.
