Construction Contract - Pre-Construction Conference and Notice To Proceed
Attached please fred two (2) final executed copies of the Proposal Document (including bonds,
insurance, and Contract) of the referenced project. Four (4) complete sets of the Engineering /
Construction Plans, Proposal Documents (bid schedule), and Contract Documents (specifications) were
previously transmitted to you last Friday, June 25, 2004. A Pre-Construction Conference / Partnering
Workshop has been scheduled for Friday, July 2, 2004, at I0 a.m., in the Engineering & Public Works
Department's Conference Room, City of Coppell, 255 Parkway Blvd., Coppell, Texas. Attendance by
your staff consisting of a Principal, Project Manager, and Superintendent, and same for all of your Sub-
Contractors is mandatory.
Notice To Proceed shall become effective today Tuesday, June 29, 2004, with construction commencing
within seven (7) calendar days, no later than Tuesday, July 6, 2004. We look forward to a good working
relationship and a successful CDBG FY 2002 Coppell Fire Hydrants & Water Mains project. If you
