Subject: Permit to connect new service
I hope you can help me with a problem that's cropped up from a permit issued in 2002. The Engineering
Dept. of the City of Coppell approved a permit to connect new service to 255 Denton Tap Rd. on 12/17/02.
The name of the contractor representative was David Strewn (the number I have for him is no longer in
service) and he signed for MasTec or MJ Sheridan (both names are on permit), The contractor doing the
bore from across the street hit a waterline that services a fire hydrant on the west side of Denton Tap at
Wynnpage Drive. A temporary fix was done at the time, but it was inadequate and needs to be redone
correctly. Who can I contact to get this repaired?
