Dowdey, Anderson & Associates 5225 Village Creek Dr., Suite 200 Plano TX 75093 July 16, 2004 RE: Hidden Valley Estates Construction Plan Approval Dear Mr. Caruthers: The City of Coppell Engineering Department has reviewed the referenced plans and all of our prior comments appear to have been satisfactorily addressed. For a permit to be issued on this project, the City needs the following items submitted: 1. Payment for impact fees in the amount of $34,240.00 as per the Fee assessment letter of July 14, 2004. 2. A completed Construction Development Permit application (attached). 3. The appropriate number of plan sets for the City stamp and signature. We require three (3) sets for our use, plus the additional number of sets you need stamped for your use and contractor/subcontractor use. Contractors must have a stamped set of construction drawings on the job site at all times. 4. Payment of construction inspection fees. Inspection fees are calculated at 2% of private improvements and 4% of public right-of-way and easement improvements. Contracts or contractor's estimate must be provided for verification. (Page three of the Construction Development Permit is a spreadsheet for your convenience in calculating the fee.) 5. A copy of the executed NOI as filed with the TCEQ. Once the above items have been submitted, a pre-construction conference will be scheduled ~vith the assigned construction inspector.
