As per your request, attached is a ,pdf drawing of the proposed sidewalk at the intersection of Bethel and
Freeport that is currently under design by TranSystems. This revised drawing shows the correct right-of-way
also.
At the NW corner of Freeport and Bethel an 8-foot sidewalk located 4 foot off the back of curb is shown. The 8-
foot sidewalk will continue westward to the existing sidewalk easement located along the west property line of
Lot 2, Block A of the Duke Freeport Addition.
At the NE corner of Freeport and Bethel a 10-foot sidewalk contiguous with the back of curb is shown. This
sidewalk matches and connects with the sidewalk that is currently under design by Freese and Nichols for Bethel
Road II ( Freeport to Denton Tap). The sidewalk appears to miss the lights, landscaping and wall.
