Explorer Pipeline ('Explorer) is plea~exl to know through telephone conversation with
Craig Bond wi~ Transystems - your roadway design ~'ngineering f~m - that the City of
Coppell has decided to redesign the roadway to eliminate any impact on Explorer's 12-
inch h/gh pressure pipeline in close proximity to your proposed project.
Please let this letter serve as confirmation that as long as no portions of the roadway-
curb, slope or parkway on Explorer's 10 feet license~I area, Explorer will not have any
problem with the road project and therefore will not require any adjustment of the
pipeline or agreement with the city.
Explorer appreciates the city's effo~t to addre~ and we look forward in a~isting in the
