Sorry for the delay in responding. We had staked the pole relocation on the north side of Sandy Lake where the
drainage ditch will be and I sent the coordinates to Bill. I have talked with Bill about plotting these coordinates
and then letting me know how far west I can move the pole to be approximately 5' back of new curb. As soon as
I get this information, I can finish and submit design along with the permit form.
We have to abide by a Public Utilities Commission ruling of filing a notification of transmission line relocations 45
days before commencement of work. This filing was done on July 15, therefore, work can not start until Sept 1.
