The City anticipates starting construction of E. Sandy Lake in September
2004 and we need to have all of the utility conflicts resolved prior to
starting construction. Jeanne Hooker has indicated that you were in the
process of preparing relocation plans for submittal to the City. Can t get
an update on the status of the plans and when you anticipate submitting
them to the City. Your consideration of this matter is appreciated.
