We will proceed with it that way. Thanks for the input. ..... Original Message ..... We can lay down the curb and install the gravel drive approach within the right-of-way limits. Can we eliminate the gravel drive repair on the Callejo property. I talked with Garreth and there should be no problem in having less than 4' of parkway and tying back at a 3:1 slope. We do need some parkway area behind the curb and the slope can not exceed 3:1. >>> Matt Atkins <matkins@tnp-online.com> 7/19/2004 2:13:52 PM >>> Suzan, We have been performing our thorough review of the slopes and easement issues and we have noticed that we do not have an easement on the Callejo property for the reconstruction and repair of the driveway across from State Road. Additionally, we will need a slope easement for about 200' from approximate stations 45+00 to 47+00, unless we change the parkway requirements. Currently, we are providing 4' of parkway from the back of curb that slopes toward the road at 2% and then sloping down at 4:1 slope to the existing ground. That area slopes away to the north and we will be outside the right-of-way and fence with the toe of slope. This also occurs on the LaTour property between approximate stations 28+00 and 30+00. In both areas, we could look at possibly something less than 4' with 3:1 slope in order to stay off of those properties. Please let me know how you would like to proceed with the driveway issue as well as these two slope issues. Thank you and have a nice afternoon. Matt Atkins, P.E.
