Suzan, to do a good job of preparing a draft PSA I will need you to fill
out the attached scoping sheets. Also, we will need the project budget
and schedule and if any public participation will be involved with the
project. Sorry for the delay....guess I did not understand Mr.
Malekouti's request.

Section A starts at SH121 and extends to Coppell Road N. We are in
the
final design phase and are currently working on the land rights
acquisition and utility relocations. We hope to advertise the project
in the 4th quarter of this year. We had previously requested using
all
or a portion of the 1.3m funds on this project, but were told that we
could not.
Section B starts at Coppell Road N. and extends to Denton Tap. We
have
not initiated the engineering design on this portion of the roadway
yet.
We will be ready in a few months so we need guidance from Dallas
County
on the steps that we need to take in the cost participation process.
Based on your response, the first step is to proceed with a project
specific agreement. Please let me know how I need to proceed.

County's FY starts October. Our participation is $1,300,000 which
will
be available in FY 2006 for the improvement of Sandy Lake from Denton
Tap To SH121 .It is my understanding thatr City of Coppell divided this
roadway into two phases. Phase one from Coppell Road N. to Denton Tap
&
phase two from Coppell Roard N. to 121. Have U guys started any
engineering on phase 2 ? If so, we would like to be involve & we need
to
proceed w/a project specific agreement ( PSA).
As U know, Dallas County's $$$$$ is for the total project & does not
participate on phase one only.

We plan to start the design of Sandy Lake Road (Coppell Road N. to

obtain

is available for the construction of the project in FY 2006. I am not
sure when Dallas County's fiscal year starts and the exact date that
the
funds will be available. Can you tell me the month and year that the
funds are available.
I also need to know what steps need to be taken in order for us to get
the money. The schematic design of the roadway is complete. When
will
we need to have the charrette?
