8" water line
The Parks Department has reviewed the (2) proposed locations of the 8" water line needed for the
Riverchase Town-home Project. The first proposal to install the water line from Starleaf St. to the north /
west corner of the Riverchase property, running along the east side of the park parking lot, has been
denied.
The second proposal to install the water line from the north / west corner of the Riverchase property and
going directly west, between the playground and the ballfields, and tie into the 12' water main at MacArthur
Blvd. This proposal has been accepted, with (2) areas of concern. The Parks Department has utilities
(irrigation, & electrical) that will cross the proposed 8" waterline. Rose Development will be responsible for
field verifying these utilities, as well as making any repairs caused by the Riverchase Project.
