Dear Mr.' Brock;
The above reference property has a required minimum finished floor
elevation of 481.0 feet. The elevation of the top of the formboards, as
constructed for the foundation on this property, was measured and found
to be at an elevation of 483.40 ~eet.
This foundation elevation was established based on a Benchmark
consisting of a iron rod with a cap located in the common triangular
area at the far east end of Bethel Road, and having an elevation of
483.26 feet.
