2. Offsite water from the south and west dram tl~rough this site. Need to show offsite drainage
area with contours. Draioage system should be extended to tile south to pick up offsite water.
How do you propose for the oft~site drainage to reach either of tile inlets through the

1. The "plans" submitted at DRC do not constitute a submittal for engineering review. Plans for
engineering review ca~mot be submitted until there has been approval of the replat, etc, by
City Council.
2 There ts no need to reproduce the City of CoppclI's standard details m the plan set. The
contractor will be required to have a full set of details on site during construction.

I. The site plan shows a 20' drainage easement on lhe south side of the properly. That does not
at)pear on the plat. Resolve this discrepancy.
2. Thc driveway on Moore Road should line up with the drive across the street.
