Description of Plan Revision
A 20 drainage easement was added along the west side.
No easement is needed along the south side (see revised
drainage area map).
The curb returns for both drives do not encroach into the
recessed portion of the curb inlets (10' min.).
Pavers were added as requested
The drive on the east side of Moore was added.
The runoff out the drive approaches travel ve~/short
distances to the existing curb inlets. The 100-Year flows are
only 1.35 ds or tess. The gutter has sufficient capacity, and
adding curb inlets on-site would seem to be an unnecessary
cost to this project (especially due to the storm drain
extension along the west side).
A storm drain extension was added along the west side.
Inlet protection was added as requested.
The construction entrance was relocated as requested.
A fire hydrant was added near the Sandy Lake approach.
The private sewer se~¥ice was relocated as requested.
