This may change a little ~ern,~qding on the final engineering~ but it should be pretty close, As I said on the phone~ Street light~ street sign~ and construction inspection fees will be determined at a latter date. This assesment does include park fees~ however any fees associated with the building permits or inspections would come from our building inspections department. The numbers I gave you over the phone did not include the amenity center~ so you'll see a slight difference due to that addition. RE: Villas of Lake Vista Fee Assessment Letter Mr. Heischman: Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development. Please make payment for the Impact Fees to the City of Coppell in the amount of $134,235.00 and forward to the Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table. This amount is a portion of the assessed fees that need to be paid prior to filing of the final plat. Please note that the Texas Legislature, under Senate Bill 243, delayed the collection of Water and Sewer Impact Fees until the issuance of a Building Permit. Please provide a copy of the Engineer's estimate or contract to our office so the 2% & 4% construction inspection fee can be verified. The construction inspection fees must be paid prior to the scheduled pre-construction meeting. The additional fees for water and sewer taps, ~vater meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by separate check at the new Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road. Meters will be ordered when those fees are paid. Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this project. We look forward to working with you on this project.
