THE ALPHA TECHNICIAN TRAVELED TO THE ABOVE REFERENCED SITE TO MONITOR ON-GOING WORK AND
PERFORM FIELD TESTING AS REQUESTED.
WHILE ON SITE THE TECHNICIAN OBTAINED 2 SOIL SAMPLES FOR LABORATORY PROCTOR ANALYSIS. THE
SAMPLES WERE OBTAINED FROM THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
1 .) STORM SEWER LINE A AT STATION 0+30 (FG-5.0)
2.) BLOCK A, PAD 9 (EG-3.0)
LABORATORY TEST RESULTS WILL FOLLOW ON A SEPARATE REPORT.
STEVE LOWORN WAS INFORMED OF ALL OBSERVATIONS AND FIELD TEST RESULTS.
AT THE COMPLETION OF THE SCHEDULED TESTING, THE TECHNICIAN RETURNED TO THE DALLAS OFFICE.
