Suzan,
Sorry for the late reply, I was out of the office most of the day. The timeline looks correct. I'll have to go back
through some e-mails and see if I can find anything that indicates Explorer agreed to the 5' minimum distance.
Attached are the latest exhibits sent to Explorer.

Craig:
Can I get a copy of the last exhibit that you sent to Explorer - the one that shows the curb inlets under
the roadway. A *.pdf file would be fine or fax would be fine. [ need it today if at all possible.
Do you agree with the following timeline related to Explorer
1. You submitted an exhibit for the relocation of 570' of pipeline in June 2002.
2. Explorer submitted a relocation agreement and a cost estimate of around $300,000.
3. TranSystems changed the roadway width from 27 to 25 feet.
4. TranSystems gave Explorer a revised exhibit for the relocation of 80' of pipeline during the November
2003 utility meeting.
5. TranSystems removed the right-hand turn lane at Bethel/Royal and submitted a revised exhibit.
Do you have any correspondence or e-mail that indicates that Explorer agreed to the 5' minimum
distance between the pipe and the edge of pavement, ff so, can Z get a copy of that also.
Thanks
