Dear Mr. & Mrs. Turner:
During the construction of the Meadowcreek water line project, my inspector, Garreth Campbell
discussed the need for a pernranent water line easement on your property. To complete the
Meadowcreek water line project, we need to finalize the acquisition of a pennanent easement from
you.
Attached are the necessary legal documents we have had prepared for the permanent easement.
Please review the easement document; and if you have any questions I will be happy to discuss
them with you. If not, please execute the document and return one original to me for filing with
Dallas County.
Your cooperation in expediting the enclosed permanent easement will be greatly appreciated.
