Dear Mr. Carter:
The City of Coppell intends to construct the S.H. 121 Water Line project. The project
consists of +8000 linear feet of 12-inch water line generally constructed within the 10-
foot TxDOT utility corridor along the south right-of-way line of S.H 121, from Coppell
Road northeast to Denton Tap. There is also one perpendicular crossing of S.H. 121.
Enclosed are two copies of the TxDOT permit application along with one set of the plans
and specifications.
