Mr. Campbell,
As we discussed this is a copy of the check and lien waiver that Green
Scaping is going to pay for the material supplied by Bowie, Sims,
Prange, Inc. for our subcontractor (Bridge) Excel Foundation on the
above mentioned project. I have faxed a copy to BSP, Inc. and
contacted them to conae pick the check up at our office. I would
appreciate you releasing the money on the pay estimate to cover our cost
/bt this as we discussed.

FINAL LIEN WAIVER AND RELEASE
The undersigned, having the position of (Title) with Bowie
Sims Prange Inc. (Subcontractor), first being duly sworn, states that he/she is duly
authorized as its agent to execute this Final Lien Waiver and Release. That he/she
does hereby certify that has furnished alt material and labor and has fulfilled all
contractual obligations with C. Green Sc, aping, LP and the Owner of the project entitled
Coppell - Riverchase Elevated sidewalk Proj SW 00-01 ..
For the final payment of $12,928.03, and/or retainage amount and sums previously
received, which is hereby acknowledged, represents payment in full for all labor
performed and material furnished by the undersigned, its subcontractors, material
vendors, suppliers, agents and employees on the aforementioned Project, and that the
undersigned does hereby certify that all such subcontractors, material vendors,
suppliers, agents and employees have been paid in full by the undersigned and hereby
waives and releases all claims, lien rights and bond claims in connection with the
aforementioned Proiect, including but not limited to those for labor performed and
materials furnished on the Project.
The undersigned, on behalf of Bowie Sims Prange Inc. (Subcontractor) does hereby
release, acquit and forever discharge, its bonding company, and the Owner of the above
described Project fi'om any and all claims, demands and cause of action in any manner
arising out of the labor and any material furnished by Bowie Sims Prange Inc.
(Subcontractor) on the Project.
The undersigned acknowledges that this release and the payment of said funds shall not
be construed in any way to affect or impair any obligation of the undersigned for or in
relation to work performed or materials furnished or installed and in specific shall not
alter the warranty or guaranty obligations of the undersigned.
The purpose of this instrument is for the inducement of payment and effectual upon
receipt of final paymen[
