As you have been notified by numerous correspondences your company's subcontract with Green Scaping on the Coppell
Riverchase Elevated Boardwalk has been terminated. Pending the city of Coppell's decision on accepting the work you
completed and the amount of expense Green Scaping incurs correcting the problems with work you have completed and
have failed to complete and after your material supplier has been paid you will be paid whatever portion if any of the
balance that is remaining.
