I appreciate you taking time from your schedule to meet with me yesterday at the project. After reviewing the punch list
items with the bridge I would like to make an offer to the City to discount the original price of the bridge to accept the
bridge as it currently stands. Green Scaping will add a sprinkler head as discussed to the HD bed area at the entrance of
the bridge and complete the back fill of the sidewalk at MacArthur, if the offer is accepted.
Discount $11,000.00 from the original price of *Item # 1 -7 8' Elevated Sidewalk and Foundation original bid $101,885.00
