The only clarification I will give you is the 10 days to complete the punch list items that have been supplied by the city of
Coppell in the letter 1 sent you on October 8, 2003. The city is not contractually responsible to provide you any written
responses to your questions. However if you would like for me to arrange a meeting with you and the city of Coppell during
this 10 day time period I will, but this will not change the time that you have been given to satisfy the city of Coppell's
demand to have these items fixed, adjusted, or settled.
Items 5, 6, and 7 do not pertain to your scope of work and have been completed.
