90% proctor. It is 95% proctor under pavement. I will pass this information on to Ken so that he is aware.

Thank you for setting up the meeting we had on Tuesday, 7/27. I am happy we were able to arrive at a
reasonable solution.
I am working on the agreement and estimate which I will forward soon for your review.
Please pass the following to Ken Griffin - also for your your information:
Ken had asked about compacting after backfilling and I mentioned that we compact to 95% Proctor. However,
this information is for road crossings only to ensure that the roadway does not settle after construction. Since
there are no crossings, I do not believe that we will be compacting to 95%. I apologize for the confusion.
Please ensure that Ken Griffin is aware of this in case it makes any difference to his decision. Please advise.
