I spoke to Steve Rodgers with Emerson Partners today. He was the person who originally told me that
Emerson no longer owned the parcel of land located at the northeast corner of Royal and Bethel. He said
the property was conveyed to the Freeport North Owners Association and the property is managed by
Duke. The contact person was Jeanne Coyle. I did send Jeanne Coyle a copy of the legal and plat in
August of 2003. Do I need to work with her on the right-of-way for this parcel?
