Sandy Lake Road Addition
Attached is the "Grading, Utility and Drainage Improvements" plan for Sandy Lake Addition. We are submitting
this plan for the city's review. We may need to meet and discuss coordination issues regarding Sandy Lake Road
construction. Note that Storm Drain line A show a detention volume along the west truck docks. We are in the
process of analyzing the detention area to see what the affect is on the proposed channel. Along with this plan is
a "Grading and Initial Utility" plan. We are seeking the approval of this p~an to start site grading and channel
construction in order to grade over the existing pond area. If you have any question, please contact me or David
