Suzan,
You should be receiving our latest submittal on the Sandy Lake Phase 1 for your review later today. That
submittal should include a couple of sets of plans. We would like to meet this month in order to wrap up some
of the final details associated with this project. Some of the issues include the following:
· Retaining wall material selection.
· Location and details for the Entry Monument.
· Tornado Warning Siren relocation details.
· Comments regarding the first submittal of the Specifications.
1, think we should plan on the meeting taking longer than 1 hour. We would be glad to meet earlier that 9:00
on our regular day if that is a possibility since it seems to be difficult to find open days for everyone involved.
However, if earlier does not work for you, then we will gladly meet at another time.
How are the easement and ROW acquisitions going? Have you had much luck with that and is there anything
that we could do to help out? Have you contacted the Sowell property on the Northeast corner of Sandy Lake
and Coppell Road North? If you have not made contact with them, then i' would like to add a little bit to the
slope easement we are proposing on that property. ]f you have already made contact, then we can make it
work with the way things are now.
Do you have a contact with the Fire Department for the Coordination of the Tornado Warning Siren relocation?
We would like to get some more information on that system and maybe even some detailed specifications that
we can include in the specs in order to make that relocation go as smooth as possible. Also, 1' can't remember if
you ever gave me a contact with the water department for me to meet on site and review the water issues (1,
think that is what we resolved at our last meeting). 1,f you have given it to me, then ! am sorry to say that
I have lost it. If you could resend that to me then I will get that taken care of as well.

A prebid conference has been scheduled for the force main project on August 24 at t0:00 a.m. that both
Ken and Keith need to attend. Our regularly scheduled project meeting is on August 24 at 9:00 am. We
can still meet at 9:00 if you feel that an hour is sufficient time to discuss any project items, if not we can
try to reschedule the meeting for another time. !f we do not need to meet that is okay too. Let me
know.
