Walk Thru for Jefferson at Riverchase
A walk through was conducted at the above referenced location
today. The following deficiencies were identified:
1. Clean out two vaults. ~
Need latch on two vaults(lid).
Need gravel in two meter cans.
Need a chimney seal in manhole in front of the office
and driveway.
Can not get the big cap off of the fire hydrants in ~.~
front of the office.
6. Clean out two vaults.
7. Need latch in vault so we can lock it.
8. Need chimney seal north entrance of manhole.~/
9. can not get two caps off of fire hydrants by building
9. One cap drips a little.
