To Whom It May Concern:
An inspection of the referenced project has been conducted by representatives of the City of
Coppell prior to the expiration of the two-year Maintenance Bond. The following item needs to be
resolved prior to August 16, 2004:
The fire lane striping is fading & peeling in theparking lot area.
If the maintenance repair is not completed within the specified time, we will perform the repair
under the terms of the surety bond that was presented prior to final acceptance of the project.
Please contact me at 972-304-7090 to let me know whether or not a representative will be on the
project to repaint the fire lane sometime within the next two weeks.
