We will go ahead and prepare the easement documents for this property. We will also complete this
within the original budget for special services.
I will e-mail you later today with an estimated time to complete the easement.
FYI. I am in the process of resolving the billings for this project, As you are aware Ken sent a letter to
Gary in April regarding billings and I have concentrated on finishing the plans and specifications. I will
want to sit down with you in the near future and go over the billings so that we have consensus on where
we are at as we move forward to the Bidding and Construction Phases.

The developer for the parcel of land at the corner of Coppell Road and
S.H. 121 decided not to file the plat for the development. This leaves
us without the utility easement. We will need a legal and plat for the
parcel so that we can acquire the easement. According to our records we
have about $900 left in the special services - please verify that is
what your records also show. Would it be possible for you to prepare
a legal description and plat for around that amount?
I sent the additional information and exhibit showing the water lines
and easements to the contact person at SCl Denton Tap - hopefully he
will get back with us now.
