Dear Mr. Witt:
October 3, 1994, Rady & Associates, Inc. (RAI) will merge with Kimley-Hom and
Associates, Inc. (KHA). Rady & Associates will continue to exist as a division of KHA
with mLnimal changes. We will continue to serve your neexts as in the past, but with the
increased resources of a national, multi-disciplined firm.
With your consent, we propose to assign and transfer any and all agreements with you
from RAI to KI-IA effective October 1, 1994. From and after that date, KI-IA will be
solely responsible for all services provided pursuant to those agreements. Prior to said
date, all such responsibility will rest solely with RAI.
Please countersign and return the enclosed copy of this letter to evidence your acceptance
of its terms so that we can continue to service you without interruption. We value our
relationship with you and look forward to working with you in the furore.
