Please find enclosed two (2) copies of the new detail sheet for the HDPE embedment, thrust
restraint blocks, and HDPE / ductile iron pipe connection. Note that the HDPE embedment and
thrust restraint details were included in Alternative I (HDPE piping by horizontal directional
drilling) of the construction drawings.
