Rick O'Dell, project inspector for lines a & b, has scheduled a meeting for Thursday, June 10 at 8:30 am to
discuss the directional drilling and is requesting that you attend. Your project superintendent, Max, is aware of
the meeting and is scheduled to attend. The two boring contractors need to attend also. Would you please tell
them about the meeting and request that they attend. Your consideration of this matter is appreciated. Should
