For that reason I am including a list of items that must be addressed prior to the final walk-thru. 1. Grade the area around the outfall of the 33" storm drain. 2. Place rock riprap as per plans. 3. Remove spoils, broken limbs and stumps, construction debris and grade area over the outfall storm drain system. 4. Clean storm drain system. 5. Backfill curb and shape parkway to final grade. 6. Clean streets. 7. Turn the interior fire hydrant to face the street. 8. Set meter cans. 9. Pour concrete pads around sanitary sewer service clean-outs and water valves. 10. Backfill west of Coppell Road. 11. Remove existing utility pole from entrance and pour concrete. 12. Provide a permanent solution to the ponding on the north side of the site. 13. Provide permanent erosion control protection. 14. Grade the barrow ditch along the east side of Coppell Road. This is not a complete list of items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance.
