Dear Mr. Marvin:
Please consider this request for the usage of"rollover" curbs on the Riverchase
Townhomes Addition at 400 South MacArthur. We believe this will improve the visual
appearance of our development by softening th street appeal and compliment the
curvilinear nature of our street. Thank you for your consideration.
In addition, please review our phasing plan for the development. The development will
be constructed in two phases although the entii~ty of the site will be developed including
full roadway, utilities, and sitcwork. We desire to phase from back to front to minimize
the disturbance of our residences from ongoing construction and the traffic and noise
associated with the ongoing consUmction.
Please consider our request to pay the park inipact fees in relationship to these pbases.
