Anthony 9tared that he would like to arrange a meeting between Oncor, FOX, Aguirre, and Centex for later this week Jeff Curry suggested that Rick Fielding (with Oncor Energy Services} be invited in addition, because he i~ the designer and estimator for the $~ Joseph Village Project. AGUIRRE Telephones 06/11/2002 Corporati Robert Holland (Verizon} stated that he has received the preliminary plans, but he needs a final set of plans showing the easements available for veriz0n, Mike Millican asked if Verizon could share an easement with TXU. Verizon indicated they could share an easement as long as TXU was in agreement for the easement to be used by them in addition to TXU. Bob Holland no:ed nhat the telephone lines need to be at least 2' from the electric lines. Mike Millican will follow-up to confirm approval o~ shared easements and make an amendment to tho plat. Centex noted that AT&T ~roadband will need easements also. In review Verizon will provide wiring from %he property line to a wirin~ closet in each building pad. Centex will provide conduits and pull boxes as needed for their access. Centex to schedule a meeting in next few weeks with Verizon to review telephone conduit layouts. Verizon also pointed OUt that access from wirin~ closet in main building ~o ~uture additions would be required, wiring from cottage wiring closet to all devices is by Centex. Sehedulemnd Review of Plaes 0~11/2002 Constructi Company Pr3/UO'd II6E ££2 EL6 9~ - NOI±Dn~±SNOD ×BllqBJ ~2:~I 2002--~I ~ll-li 008.004 008.005 008.006 008.007 Cooper Exeavatio n Anthony stated that the cottage MEP designs should be complete in two weeks, at which point the city would be able to start their permit review Per a meeting with the city a few months ago the fire alarms, sprinklers, irrigation, and trusses may be submittals af~e~ the permit review~ Centex will submit everything available with the permit paekage, Lee Stone, asked if he would have to review the plans all at once. Anthony state that the permit package will include 30 cottages and the site services for these, but that there are only three separate floor plans. He then stated that Centex currently has approximately 6 building Dads completed, Centex will be ready to start underground MEP upon receipt of a building permit and the east fire loop around the cottages will be complete before framing of the initial cottages begins. Centex noted that construction of the Phase 5A cottages, design ~or Phase lB main apartment building would he submitted for a foundation and underground permit, with ~he intent to have the main building foundation complete prior to completion of the cottages. Other that foundations, the main building construction can ~ot start until the 30 cottages are complete. Garreth Campbell asked if Cooper was installing the Force Main. ~arl Cotton replied that they are installing the Force Main, but that the pipe was four weeks away, and they will start as soo~ aa it arrives. Garreth Campbell asked if there were any specifications for the Force Main, because he has not seen any. Centex noted that there specifications for the Force Main were provided by Turner Collie and Braden and the spec. is for epoxy-lined ductile iron. Garreth Campbell questioned the depth o~ the water line st Star Leaf connection to Sandy Lake, Forrest responded that the valve stem is 3' below the exietin~ ground Asphalt Paving 06/11/2002 Garre=h Campbell asked where the paving was to stop- Mike Millican replied that there was to be temporary asphalt paving approximately 186' from gandy Lake Road. Complete Plans 06/11/2002 06/12/2002 Garreth Campbell asked Mike Millican how close Aguirre is t¢ completing the civil Drawings. Mike Millican stated that he would have the completed set to the City of Coppell tomorrow (June 12, 2002). centex inquired as to the review =ime required, Garreth could not commit for additional people that have to review but thou~h~ it would be reasonably quick due to the previous reviews. Raw Material Movement 06/11/2002 008.008 008.009 008.010 Cooper Excavatio Cooper Excavatio Cooper Excavatio Forrest asked Garreth Campbell if he could move ~he raw materials (Pipe) to the site immediately, and Mr. Campbell responded that he could begin anytime he was ready. Garreth Campbell then questioned Cooper (Earl Cotton) as to when he was planning on moving his equipment to the site. Earl Cotton responded ~hat they would mobilize imme~iately~ Anthony stated that he anticipates beginning the laying of pipe by Friday if documents were approved. Garreth indicated no pipe could be laid until approval was provided. WaterLine Testing 06/11/2002 Garreth Campbell stated that Cooper should keep in mind that they must flush, chlorinate, and sample all lines by means of pumping. Coppell does not allow the testing/flushing of the systems through the valves. Dirt~lovement 06/11/2002 Anthony asked Garreth Campbell as ~o whether it is Okay for Cooper to begin moving dirt for the box culvert immediately. Ear Cotton stated that, since the box culverts will not arrive until early August, they will ensure that the ditch for the box culvert will drain. Cooper also stated that if needed, they will add rock at the end of the ditch for storm water pollution. Garreth Campbell agreed , as long as no pipe is laid until the Civil Drawings are permitted by the City of Coppell. %Vater Detail 06/12/2002 Mike Millican stated that he did not include a detail in the plans, refer To city standard detail. Garreth Campbell added that ~4 gauge blue Tracing wire was required and should be loeped up the os=side of the valve boxes, sand is required over and 12" under pipe. Earl Cotton wan=ed to know whether the %racing wire should be inside the val~e boxes where the boxes are ~n pavement. Garreth indicated the city does want the wire inside the valve boxes. Garreth also added that green insulated tracing wire is to be used on the sewer lines.
