Therefore, 1 am providing the information requested via the mail. There are approximately 25 pages of legals describing the easement, when it was dedicated, who dedicated it, and who it was dedicated to. The information itself is very difficult to follow; therefore, I have asked my engineering technician to take the information and attempt to prepare a legal description to accurately show what entity is responsible for what area of the easement, if in fact we can ascertain that information from the legals. Once he has prepared that exhibit, I will provide you a copy of the exhibit. In addition to that, I noted in a legal description that there is a section about maintenance of the easement. Therefore, I will follow-up with a letter to the grantor and grantee concerning the maintenance, or lack there of, of the easement around McDonald's establishment. 1 hope this information is helpful and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
