Dear Mr. Wilcher:
So that there is no misunderstanding and for your information concerning the items we discussed
on the phone, please be advised that I am in need of the results of all tests that were nm on the
compaction of storm drain laterals that lie beneath the deceleration lane pavement. I need
verification that TxDOT has viewed and approved the concrete mix design. I need the Type "B"
asphalt mix design. And also, I would appreciate an opportunity to meet with the asphalt
contractor pr/or to the beginning of that portion of the work.
I hope this will avoid any delays in your plans for paving the decel lane. If you have any
