Groundwater Investigation by GEE Consultants

Dear Rodney:
The above referenced report was received and reviewed by staff in the Engineering Department.
Several comments need to be made regarding the content of the report.
1. The report did not adequately address the source of the groundwater.
2. The report apparently did not investigate whether the source of the groundwater could be
related to an abandoned well capped recently during this project.
3. If the capped well is the source of the water, or if there is another well somewhere on the
property, have all TCEQ requirements been met?
Please respond to these comments and questions by submitting those answers with a cover letter
asking for approval of the drain system, and also stating that all TCEQ requirements have been met.
