RE: Sandy Lake Road Median Cut
Dear Ken:
Thank you for your time today to again discuss the median cut and access to our property at the
NWC of Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur. To summarize, you indicated that a substantial
citizen response had been generated by the TU Electric line issue. As a result, the topic would be
discussed again at the Council meeting on October 3, 1994. This may result in a delay in the
project as long as one year if the issue is required to go before a vote of the citizens in February,
1995.
Due to this response, you've been unable to review our proposed plan for access as of yet. If
acceptable, however, you indicated that it would be incorporated into the plan prior to final
approval and procession to final design. If we proceed with developing a store prior to the road
work being done, our median cut would be provided for. Upon review of the design, you'll
contact Kroger if you have questions or notify us of your comments in writing.
