Sidewalk & Utility Easement
Dear Mr. Clark:
Enclosed is additional information on the location of the sidewalk and utility easement in
relation to the 60' building setback line. As discussed in our telephone conversation, the
anticipated advertisement date for this project is the 4th quarter of 2004. During the
reconstruction of the church driveway, the contractor will be required to maintain one
lane of ingress and egress on weekdays. Both lanes of the driveway will be required to
be open on Sundays. Should you have questions or need any additional information,
