Provide a complete set of plans including landscape, then 2. Forward to Plarming Department for review & comment. 3. Forward to Building Inspection Department for review & comment. 4. ARer comments are received, make corrections and forward to Engineering Department for final review and approval. 5. Is proposed walk stem ADA compliant? Provide detail. 6. Is overhead lighting sufficient? 7. Add a landscape island on the west bank of proposed parking spaces. 8. FYI - the Dimensional Control plan sheet submitted does not match the attached sheet provided by the developer. Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your convenience.
