The letter generally needs to state the following and not necessarily in the order that they
are presented.
In lieu of a maintenance bond the owner wants to provide an escrow fund for the
installation of erosion control devices. Explain how the amount of the check was
determined.

Brighton Manor is classified as a 'Common Plan of Development' under the TPDES
General Permit for construction. There are 26 lots in the subdivision that will be
developed, and a common area, sidewalk and screening wall that will be constructed
simultaneously or on different schedules that are part of the common plan of
development.
Erosion control best management practices shall be maintained within the
development until such time that final stabilization as defined in the construction
permit is attained.
6. Inspection reports for the erosion control devices as set forth in the construction
permit shall be made available to this office on a bi-monthly basis.
