Dear Kenneth;
After our meeting Friday afternoon, I drove the sections of Sandy
Lake which will be involved in the Eminent Domain proceedings for
the street widening and improvement.
In order to facilitate a smooth flow of the assignments on a
priority basis, your staff will need to provide me with a survey of
the taking, a description of the whole property, (50 acres of
agricultural land or 20,000 SF retail strip center), current
ownership or person to contact, and due date for the respective
assignments. I will at that point quote you a fee for each parcel
and go over priorities for delivery with you. I am enclosing an
information sheet for you which is used by DART on their
assignments. It is not necessary to use a format like this but it
is comprehensive and might give you an idea for presentation of the
needed data.
