As in previous discussions as recently as last Tuesday, August l0th, it is evident that the subject
project has still not been brought up to the minimum requirements of TCEQ and the City of
Coppell's approved engineering plans for erosion control. City of Coppell and TCEQ
personnel have requested on many occasions that you bring the project into compliance.
Once again, we are in a position to notify you in writing that you are not meeting the minimum
requirements for erosion control. Please cease all construction activity on this project until
such time as the minimum standards for erosion control protection can be demonstrated. Please
contact this office immediately with your plan of compliance.
